Lavender-Free

Yikes i havent posted in a while.... this is because i have been working hard.. lol uh was at staff retreat mon and tues which was just a solid meeting... wednesday was in the office and last night was middle madness which i took... and dawn got wet.. tip for the future.. don't try to throw stuff at me when i have a hose... hmph i suppose that allowed her to skip her monthly shower for july... lol oj... so yeah softball game tonight.. dont know what church we are playing, but we have the international team, kinda like chelsea. So yeah better get back to work, being the front cover of a magazine isnt easy.. laters

Crazy's

Yeah so saturday consisted of lazing about.. watched the 3rd place playoffs... then went to a party and came back and was greeted by some ppl whowanted to take me out to the arcade.... that was sat.

Sun was up very early... went into church about 8.. practiced with the worship team... then went to the sunday school class (19-25 yo) see we need something like that in our church.. that was at about 10... then church was at 11.. played electric and acoustic... after that went to dave and jackie' house for lunch (4 people asked me to come for lunch yehaa lol) so there i messed around on the Quad Bike, pulling off wheelies and impressing the kids (i never grow old) and i also watched the world cup final with a bunch of ppl that dont understand footbal (soccer).. man that was fun... and well done to italy for winning it.

Sun night was the bonfire... which means the church goes to someone's house for an informal meeting... so yeah that was good i led the worship at it too.. oh and the host Tony showed me his mustang mach 1.. he's obsessed.. it is a nice car.. here's a few pics















So yes today begins the Staff retreat... should be fun... talk later

One Man went to mow

Yeah well as the title says... I mowed the church grass yesterday... 15 acres hmmmm.... yeah so nothing much happened really.. just figured out sunday's service and oh i made a pic for the website.
That one... yeeehaa... today i'm doing whats on my list and i'll let youknow about that... oh and i'm goin to see pirates 2 tonight... and hopefully meeting David Lehre and Jeremy Kerr, the legends that made the Myspace Movie and other funny stories... peace out peeps

Ok well lemme see.... a lot happened yesterday so i have a lot to talk about... well in the morning I went to the office and got ready for the LightForce meeting that night (worship stuff), then i went to the Church Staff meeting.. fun fun fun.... uh then i went to Great Lakes Crossing with Lisa B and Autumn.. spend a bit of money... bought slurpies.. oh and i had lunch at Japan Cafe.. (dont go there, it made me feel sick)
Came back from buying stuff and sat with Adam came up with the talk for that night. In the Light Force group the theme for this month is Mormonism (this is due to the suprising number of their missionaries that have appeared in the town).. After we sorted out the talk went home and had some food... but i didnt eat, probably because Japan food wasnt great and i paid dearly for eating it..
Then it was on to Light Force... starting at 7 with Mr. DJ Luke in the mix... then we moved on to some mess games... and then to worship.... then the mormon talk... then discussion and then more DJ mixing. The Light Force Group are 15-18 yo. After that we cleaned up the eggs (dont ask) and went home about 10... was so tired went straight to bed... here i must ask.. please comment on my posts.. it lets me know that ppl actually read this!! laters dave

PS today is just an office day preparing for sun.. (elec guitar here i come)

Fired Works

yeah well today was a really LAZY day... suprise... played fifa 06 most of the day.. then we went to the fireworks display in the ghetto.. man that place is the biz.... jus people hanging out and sitting in their trunks... and a few of the rough looking lads lighting the fireworks illegally... funny reading that again, it sounds just like NI. I already sed what i was doin tomorrow and i know its gonna be a long but fun day... peace Dave

Ok so here I am on the fourth of July.... "OH SAY CAN YOU SEE ..... uh yeah and the rest of that song" lol.... yeah so things have been goin great... went to see Superman Returns last night... in IMAX 3D... hahaha that was amazin..... um sunday was cool... i'm leading my first thing tomorrow night and from then on its hard work.. lol... oh but i get to go shopping tomorrow too.... yay...
